| ORIGINS Northstar Painting & Remodeling originated in St. Paul, Minnesota (hence the name NORTHSTAR) in 1971. We moved to Denver, CO in 1978 and expanded into custom remodeling, basement finishing, commercial painting, and Fix-and-Flips. LICENSED REAL ESTATE BROKER In 2000 we obtained our Real Estate license and formed Northstar Group Realty, specializing in helping others get started in the Investment Property business and doing Fix-and-Flips as well. We have also obtained the two highest and most prestigious Real Estate designations, the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute). Less than 2% of all Realtors nationwide hold both of these designations!
